Kim was extremely helpful and went out of her way to deliver a level of service that ordering from a website couldn’t match, even going so far as embroidering variations of our logo on multiple fabrics and colors to help us make a decision. The final product turned out very professional and our patients regularly compliment how great our team looks. We will definitely be back when it’s time for new scrubs.
Great place to shop for great gear, got me a new pair of Men's Hoka shoes and these are incredible!! On my feet on concrete for minimum of 11 hours daily and these shoes make it 100 times easier!! Highly recommend!
I had an awesome experience here today! I was offered help upon entering which I at first denied cause I thought I knew what I wanted, I was wrong. A couple pairs of scrubs later and an employee named Kim comes to rescue lol 😂 She helped me find a comfortable pair of scrubs that I wouldn’t have originally tried and even special ordered two more pairs in my size!! Awesome experience and will be back with any other scrub needs :)
Outstanding selection and service. My staff always looks professional and sharp thanks to Uniform HQ. We have been using this company for all our our uniform needs for years. Their store is also stocked full of a plethora of items for healthcare professionals.
Over priced, poor selection for men.
I had the most amazing customer Service experience I’ve ever had at this uniform store. The lady I called and spoke with was very helpful and actually recognized me by my voice and brand of what She had referred to me on the phone as soon as I walked in the store; which made me feel really special. She, as well as all the other employees, really cared about what I was looking for as well as all the other customers. I will definitely never buy scrubs anywhere else! This is the one for me ! Very reasonably priced and the brand she suggested and style looked great and were not expensive for what they were. As a matter of fact, Wal-Mart has scrubs in the same price range that don’t look or feel anywhere near as good!

I would just like to take a second to seriously brag on these girls. Their patience level is AMAZING, their customer service skills are unmatched, and their attitudes are exceptional! I just visited the store for about an hour and a half trying on scrubs and shoes, and excruciatingly being indecisive. I couldn't decide on what shoes, what size, what scrubs, what size, or honestly anything. Not once did the girls seem to be annoyed, upset, irritated, or even inconvenienced. I requested a different size shoe at least 4 times, required assistance with varying sizes in the dressing room at least 5 times, and they were willing to help without worry every time! Seriously, thumbs up to everyone that works there. Every one of them deserve a medal and a pay raise!
